Seasonal Shift: Security Risks Rise with the Temperature
At Valentis Group, Inc., we know that spring and summer bring more than sunshine, they bring increased property activity and elevated risk. Whether it's unauthorized access, loitering, or escalation of disturbances, warmer weather demands a strategic response.

Smart Reporting is Standard,  Not Extra
The Quarterly Progress Report is a key component of how Valentis delivers on security strategy. Provided at no additional cost, this report offers:

  • Incident summaries and trends
  • Response documentation
  • Identified gaps and emerging concerns
  • Actionable insights for ongoing risk reduction

Every quarterly report is built to convert data into decisions, giving owners and property managers clarity to act, not just observe.

Incident Trends: Nine Months of Data That Told the Story
From July 2024 to March 2025, Valentis officers logged 470 incidents across multiple residential communities in the same city managed by one client.  More than 54% of these were concentrated at a single location, revealing operational gaps that demanded immediate attention. One month in particular—September 2024—stood out, accounting for over 21% of all reported activity.

Volume, Type, and Targeted Intervention
At the community with the highest volume

  • 258 total incidents
  • 39% were parking violations
  • 8.1% disturbances
  • 7.4% involved emergency medical response
  • Just eight units were responsible for 17% of all non-parking incidents

This type of reporting uncovers not just the frequency of incidents but also their origins, unit-level insights that allow for efficient deployment and policy adjustments.

From Escalation to Stabilization: Violence Trends Reversed
In Q3–Q4 2024, officers recorded 16 violent incidents including assault, robbery, and domestic violence. But in the first quarter of 2025, that number dropped to just 9—nearly a 44% reduction.

This wasn't accidental. It was the result of:

  • Officer continuity and targeted visibility
  • Collaborative response planning with local authorities
  • Tactical adjustments based on report data
  • Strategic changes made between quarters translated to real results on the ground

Another Property, Another Pattern
At a separate community, 113 incidents were logged, 42% tied to lease violations—primarily unauthorized smoking. Disturbances and emergency services followed closely. Here, enforcement wasn’t about visible threats, but consistent violations that eroded quality of life and property standards.

Different properties face different pressures—and Valentis tailors its approach accordingly.

Closing the Loop: From Reports to Results
Quarterly reviews are more than paperwork. They're the mechanism that enables Valentis to act, recalibrate, and continuously elevate performance. At one location, this meant cutting violent incidents nearly in half. At another, it meant identifying unit-based hotspots for preventive focus.

This isn’t generic coverage, it's an engineered response.
