Valentis is composed of four unique but aligned groups, including our Operations Unit, which addresses fixed-site security services, mobile patrol, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) services, special event services, and a skilled Protective Security Services Team. The Protective Security Services Team is divided into three different teams, including a Protective Force Team (PFT), Special Response Team (SRT), and a Canine Services Team (CST). The Valentis Planning Unit develops Incident Action Security Plans that include coordinating protective security service details, conducting advanced operational analysis, incident management, and leading our outreach efforts to partner with local, state, and federal law enforcement and emergency response agencies in support of Valentis security operations. Our third unit, titled Training Unit, coordinates training of Valentis staff and partners with other portions of our company to support deployable law enforcement training. Our fourth unit, titled Investigation and Intelligence, provides investigative and intelligence solutions involving domestic, white-collar, due diligence, and database services to enhance prescreening and record checks. The intelligence segment works to strengthen our internal operations and information sharing with law enforcement.
