Project Advance Team
What is the Project Advance Team?
The Project Advance Team | operating under the Planning Section of Valentis | supports new clients with an on-boarding process to ensure Valentis delivers consistency and strategic value. Our methodology is designed to be implemented in any state, city, or region even when there is no evidence of existing operations. The Project Advance Team consists of three to five individuals responsible for managing the period between contract award and start date for any new client.
Project Life Cycle
Post-contract award, the Project Advance Team immediately establishes a relationship with the new client. During this period of time, the Project Advance Team works diligently to fulfill the project life cycle specific to the new client.
The Project Life Cycle contains one or more of the following example tasks:
- Submitting contractual based documents (certificates of insurance, personnel information [if applicable], and any other required information]
- Developing the Valentis client-based site standard operating procedures
- Recruiting and training personnel, if applicable, for a new client contract
- Developing the risk assessment
- Facilitating client-based training
- Organizing and leading planning and partner (law enforcement & emergency response) meetings before Valentis assumes operations
- Conducting administrative tasks to onboard a client that may include incident report distribution lists, real-time GPS reporting contacts, and new account forms
How else does our Planning Section support clients?
Our Planning Section is dedicated to improving all aspects of the Valentis operations by providing support utilizing a myriad of services. Examples of these services include:
- Write and disseminate Incident Action Plans, Security Plans, and Threat Assessments for special event (public gathering) organizers
- Design and Facilitate exercises and drills for all clients, including our law enforcement and emergency response partners
- Conduct pre-advance and create operation orders for our Protective Security Team details
- Provide risk management consulting & training services to the maritime industry, government agencies, commercial and nonprofit organizations
