Outside the boardroom, Marnie is an avid runner who values discipline, endurance, and balance in all aspects of life.
John Yunk
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at Valentis, John is responsible for overall management of day-to-day company operational oversight, ensuring contract compliance, officer performance, and client satisfaction across the United States. He works closely with his security teams to maintain high operational standards while promoting professional development and accountability. John also prioritizes strong community and client relationships, reinforcing trust and responsiveness at every level. Outside of his professional responsibilities, John is an avid golfer shooting in the low 80s, and a passionate high-average bowler who enjoys the discipline and camaraderie both sports offer.
Stephen Sutch
Chief Management Officer
Steve coordinates various functions within Valentis, including risk mitigation measures for clients and internal Valentis operations, the planning team to support Valentis clients, the Valentis Incident Management Team (V-IMT), and corporate affairs. Steve’s role also includes the Security Coordinator and Incident Commander for Tall Ships America and its TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE throughout the United States. On a personal note, Steve enjoys running on trails and training for marathons.
Sandra Sabatini
Vice President of Sales & Development – National, U.S.
Sandra Sabatini is an accomplished corporate security executive with over 25 years of proven success in the Security Services, Sales, and Marketing industry. As Vice President of Sales and Development – National, U.S. at Valentis Group, Inc., Sandra leads strategic growth initiatives across more than a dozen states, driving market expansion and vertical integration across 18 diverse industries. A results-driven and mission-aligned leader, Sandra works closely with the CEO and CMO to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that fuel national growth. Her sharp analytical acumen and financial expertise empower her to build scalable development frameworks and generate measurable results in highly competitive markets. Sandra’s career is defined by her ability to identify strategic opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and turn vision into action. She brings deep expertise in managing complex multi-state sales operations, all while advancing Valentis Group’s mission to deliver best-in-class security and protective intelligence solutions nationwide. Passionate about excellence, innovation, and leadership, Sandra continues to create impactful growth pathways for clients, partners, and the Valentis national team.
Marc Strunk
Chief Management Officer
Marc is a dynamic and highly organized professional who serves in a multi-functional role encompassing quality assurance oversight, external departmental engagements, corporate & special event planning, and scheduling coordination. This position requires Marc to have the capability of balancing internal operational efficiency with outward-facing professionalism, ensuring both organizational excellence and strong partner relations. Marc started with Valentis in 2017 and has moved through the ranks from housing patrol officer to his current position. Outside of Valentis, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife, 2-year-old daughter and their bloodhound "Colt".

Lieutenant / Technical Training Commander
As the Technical Training Commander for Valentis Group, Jarrod is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of employee training and development. This includes overseeing training programs, managing trainers/instructors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in workforce performance.
Mike Gressem

As the Technical Training Commander for Valentis Group, Jarroid is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of employee training and development. This includes overseeing training programs, managing trainers/instructors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in workforce performance.
MARTHA HUNTER,
Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager at Valentis, Martha develops all content across digital platforms, events, and sales materials, ensuring every message reflects the company’s mission and values. She works closely with the sales team, supporting outreach efforts through tailored content strategies and CRM administration. Martha also serves as the Co-Director of Cares Community Outreach, where she collaborates with a dedicated team to support communities through diverse initiatives tailored to their specific needs. Outside of work, she stays busy raising four children and always finds creative inspiration in the energy of family life.
