Five red flags that most security companies won't disclose to their clients

As a respected security company, we believe in providing our clients with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and transparency. Here are five things that most security companies won't disclose to their clients, but they are not true for our company:

1. Limited security services:

Some security companies make bold claims about their ability to keep their clients safe but fail to mention the limitations of their services. At our company, we believe in providing comprehensive security solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. We work closely with our clients to identify potential risks and develop a customized security plan that meets their specific requirements.

2. Unqualified security personnel:

The training and qualifications of our security personnel are of the utmost importance to us. Most security companies will tell you all of their staff are trained and their proposal will use buzzwords like "Highly Trained", yet nobody is trained or the training is completely ineffective.  We employ only highly trained and experienced professionals who undergo background checks and ongoing training. We are proud to have a team of skilled security professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service that  our trained specifically for our clients security needs .

3. Relying heavily on liability insurance alone:

We understand the importance of liability insurance for protecting our clients in case something goes wrong. However, protection for clients goes beyond the Certificate of Insurance. It is routine for security companies to not share their risk management practices because they don't exist.  The reality is if there is a lawsuit it is anyone's guess where the liability will fall and that includes the client because the client is the one who made the decision to hire the company.  Our full transparency extends beyond a Certificate of Insurance and we identify how our company trains, manages risk, and when combined together with other areas identifies critical steps to protect our client's interest in potential legal claims.

4. Use of subcontractors:

We believe in maintaining complete control over the security services we provide to our clients. That's why we do not subcontract our services to third-party providers. Our clients can rest assured that they are receiving services directly from our highly trained and experienced security professionals.

5. Enforcement of uniform standards:

Most security companies will tell you their staff is professionally uniformed, but what they won't tell you is they have nothing in place to monitor or address shortfalls thus you will see five types of footwear, pants, hair colors, and anything else that makes the appearance unprofessional.  We take great pride in the appearance of our security personnel. All of our staff is professionally uniformed, and we have strict policies in place to monitor and address any shortfalls. Our clients can expect to see uniformity in our staff's appearance, including matching footwear, pants, and a professional haircut.

At our company, we believe in building trust and fostering strong relationships with our clients through transparency and honesty. We are committed to providing exceptional security services, and our approach sets us apart from other security companies. Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensures that our clients receive the highest level of professionalism and quality.
